Introduction
This section is to familiarize the residents of St. Louis with the relevant laws associated with home brewing beer. We are not lawyers though, so this does not count as legal advice. But, we want to be familiar with the caps of production and otherwise.
Definitions
- Nano-breweries - very small brewery operations, established because of us, the home brewers
- Adult - any person who is over the age of 18, or what your local government has set as the minimum age to brew beer, which ever is greater.

- 100 gallons of beer if your household has 1 adult (2) per year or
- 200 gallons if your household has 2 adults (2) per year.
